What size paper?

I was looking at the transfer paper people have recommended to get from e-bay. What size do you usually get? I'm looking at the 4 x 6 or the 5 x 7. Would either of those make a pretty decent size transfer on an adult t-shirt? I am especially looking for a name design or the squares designs. And is the type you recommend the dark or the dye sublimation?

I have the same question. Not sure which size paper to buy. Any advice would be greatly appreicated!

I like the 8x10 or regular sixe paper, because I can use the left over for a small desing to put on things like shorts for my DD's (they are toddlers, so the size is great) I also like to have enough room to change (big or small) a design depending what size shirt I am putting the design on. I can get two designs on one 8x10 paper and then both DD's get a design.
It is all about what works for you.
