What size car to rent?

We are looking at renting a car to drive from PA to WDW in June. I am in charge of this and have no clue what size to get. There will 2 adults, a 10 year old and a 6 year old. We will probably each have 1 suitcase, with maybe one additional family suitcase and the kids will have their activity backpacks and the DVD player. On the way down we will be mostly sleeping but on the way back I have a feeling we will be awake most of the trip. Of course a SUV or mini van would be a no brainer for comfort but I don't want gas to cost an arm and a leg either. Suggestions?

You would need at least a mid-size car or larger. Honestly, for what it will cost you to rent the car & gas, it would be much cheaper to fly. We used to drive from NJ all the time until I really started calculating the cost vs. flying. It was much cheaper to fly (and believe me, I am NOT a good flyer so for me to come to that conclusion took a lot).
