What sites will be available at the end of the refurb?

First time planning a trip to FW and a little confused. Can someone advise what type of sites will be available at the end of the refurb.? It seems by looking at the various threads that the full hook up sites will no longer be available, it will be all preferred, premium, or no hook up. Looking at booking a trip in March 09 and if I book a full hook up site now, what am I going to actually have when I arrive in March? Will I even have a site?

Word is 1600 and 1800 may remain full hook-up, you will definitely have a site, they won't refuse your $.
