Where do you legally download music and what does it cost you? I've looked at Apples site and its .99 a song. I believe to use Napster you need to pay a monthly feel and then it's still .99 a song.

Edited to say Napster does not REQUIRE a monthly feel but a monthly fee. I would have corrected the typo but then a few of the posts wouldn't have made sense.

I use iTunes but if you are looking for cheaper..I think Walmart started a site for .79 a song?

MM

I'm not really looking for cheaper, although that would be great. There's several songs I want that itunes doesn't have. I don't know if this is a general licensing issue of if another site might have these songs.

Ahhhh I gotcha. Actually, I am having that problem too but didn't think to look elsewhere. Duh!

Looking for:
Stairway to Heaven: Led Zepplin
December 1963 (Oh what a night):Frankie Valli and Four Seasons
My Eyes Adored you: Frankie Valli and Four Seasons
When I need You: Leo Sayer (I can get Barry Mannilow)
Afternoon Delight: Starland Vocal Band
Rock my Gently: Andy Kim
Beach Baby: First Class

I found all the others I was looking for but some of these are one hit wonders and Led Zepplin keeps close reigns on his music.
