Okay, I am heading off to disney for my 3rd time! I know alot about the parks like on what to wear and what to bring, but at the parks, whats worth trying?

Exp: Snack places, Rides, and Gift stores.

I enjoy Disney alot and this time I don't wanna miss ANYTHING that is worth trying. I have whent 2 times before and missed some things while there.

I got my cartoon picture done, a wrap in my hair, and just whent exploring the gift shop in the hotel.

For first time Disney people, I say thumbs up for the Cartoon picture (MUST get color and theme, it is awesome!). For girls, getting the wrap in your hair is good too, unless your head is easliy irrated but boby pins, head bands, hair elastics, etc, don't bother wasteing your money on it cause it do irritate if you have those... yah know irratating head problems.

Anyway, It would be great if you put up some things for me and everyone else to try !

Thanks,

LolliePopp13 <33 :cheer2:

A must do for me and my family is to get Dole Whip in Adventureland! :goodvibes Love it!

I agree with BelleDreamer, dole whips are delicious!

In DHS, I always take the animation class in animation courtyard! It's about 15 minutes long, and you learn how to draw a disney character! Even if you aren't artistic, it's still very fun :)

Something I'm going to try when I go in two weeks is the Kim Possible mission in world showcase. It's new, and not very well known. You get a "kimmunicator" and travel all through the WS looking for clues!

One more thing I always do is get my hair cut in the Main Street Barber Shop. It's kinda hidden at the very beginning of main st. by the bathroooms. They always do a great job, and put washable colors/mickey glitter in your hair! I lovvveeee it :cutie:

Enjoy your vacation!

You have to get the schoolbread in the Kringla Bakeri og Cafe at the Norway Pavillion in Epcot. It's a pastry filled with vanilla cream, topped with a caramel sauce and coconut shavings. It's wonderful!

I second the Kim Possible World Showcase Adventure. I literally spent hours doing those this trip. There's a mission in Mexico, Norway, China, Germany, Japan, France and the UK. It doesn't matter if you redo a mission in any of the countries, because they give you different tasks to do. It is a lot of fun. You go to Innoventions to get a ticket (looks like a Fastpass, but it's not one, so you can get a Fastpass, then get this)

Also in Innoventions, you can try out a Segway for a few minutes, or if you have the money, you can have a full 3 hour-or-so tour where you learn how to use the Segway, then travel around the World Showcase on them, before it officially opens (11:00). There's also a new one which takes you backstage, through the Living Seas, Living with the Land, and Soarin'. Also, there's one in Fort Wilderness that takes you on a trail through the woods. I've been on the World Showcase one, and it was cool.

Some random thing I spent a lot of time trying to use was the spouting bowl in the Yong Feng Shangdian shop in Epcot (there it is again!). It's a copper bowl by the fountains filled with water. You wet your hands then rub the handles to get the bowl to hum, among other things!

A cool thing is the Singing in the Rain umbrella in Disney's Hollywood Studios. It's by the entrance to Lights Motor Action, and close to the San Fransico backdrop. It hangs onto a lampost, and if you tred on the black pad underneath (might need a bit of pressure) water comes down over the umbrella. Good photospot.

EXCITTEDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!

I may explode with happiness/excitment soon ;D

I asked my mom if I had a non-main subject for last period the day before we leave to go, could I leave at lunch. Mom said possibly but you MUST have art class. I found this soooo flukey cause when I got my class scheduale I looked up the dates and classes and stuff and I have Art class last period  So I get to leave at lunch and say goodbye to everyone ! :cool1: I thank whoever made up my school scheduale! :worship:

I will be trying all of those things! Not sure about getting my hair cut though cause I just got it cut :/ But thatnks anyway !

In Magic Kingdom- SEE THE FIREWORKS AND PARADE. They are a must-see.
Also, ride the TTA. Soooooooo many people pass this beauty by but it's a great ride. And, it's great when you need a break.
Do the Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor. It's really fun AND interactive.
Ride POTC and HM. They recently re-did both and they are FABULOUS!

If you are staying on-site, take a day to visit some of the other hotels.

Also, go to DTD. I recommend the World of Disney Store and Once Upon a Toy.

Kai Thanks :)

The only must-see for me is the HM. :D

I say take your time in Animal kingdom, so many people write it off as a lower park because it seems like there's nothing to do... But theres SO many trails and exhibits of animals and really the prime of theming.

And a tip I heard reqarding AK is to NOT plan your day out there. Just wonder.

Orly? Neverheard that before... huh. Well thanks for that tip! I shall tell my mom so she can write it down. ahaha. :P

Apparently, the paths are designed like you are ACTUALLY in Africa, so it's less stressful to not map out your day.

Magic Kingdom: Haunted Mansion, Eat at Cosmic Rays, Watch the fireworks, watch the parades, POTC

Animal Kingdom: Expedition Everest, eat at Flame Tree BBQ, Kalli River Rapids (sp?), Dinosaur

Hollywood Studios: Rock 'n' Rollarcoaster, interact with the characters is a MUST DO, Toy Story Spin of whatever it's called :]

EPCOT: countries, girftshops (they have the best giftshops there IMO), Test Track, Soarin', Mission:Space, Spaceship Earth

Animal Kingdom is probably the best themed park in the Walt Disney World resort. I agree about spending your time there. There's many trails around the park, a couple are quite hidden. One I would suggest is the exit for It's Tough to Be a Bug. Everyone takes a right towards the stroller parking, but take a left instead. It's a path around the Tree of Life with some great views around the tree, and across the lake facing Asia. Also there's a Galapagos Tortoise there. Who doesn't like tortoises?

My last trip we went to the left after exiting It's tough to be a bug, because everyone was all crowded around the stroller parking exit way. It was a good choice, I totally suggest it.

I am like... soo mad that SM wont be there till November... :sad1:

Aprently it is getting fixed up and that, mom said we will do it our next trip so at least I know now that we are most likely goin again. :lovestruc :woohoo:

Anyone know if the CD store Virgin is still in DTD? Me and mom can't seem to get a good answer.... it either says notta clue, yepp, nope, its moved, who cares, etc...

Virgin Megastore closed a few months ago. Now it's an exhibit for Princess Diana, which I think is closing soon as well (was only temporary)
