This will be the first year we have booked our disney hol through a travel agent (always done it independently). Having read a reply to another question i put onto the DIS board, i am starting to wonder what to expect once we land in Sanford?
Will we be met by a rep and what sort of things do they do for their passengers at the airport?
Will we be expected to attend the welcome meeting?
Will i have to collect our villas keys from an agency or will the rep hand them over to us on arrival?
Do the reps call at your villa, hotel and encourage you to go on all kinds of trips etc etc?
Im really sorry if this sounds negative towards holiday reps , but i just want to know what we should expect. Having been to Florida before and finding everything on our own backs without having to answer to anyone was great. It seems we are taking abit of a backward step.
