What should I do?

I made a reservation for someone else to rent me points. The reservation is for Nov. 13 through the 18th at BWV in a studio. The person had to cancel so I still have the reservation. Should I keep it and see if I can get someone else to take it or cancel and try to strat over and rent out the points?

I would proably (personally) cancel it and try to re-rent. If the ressie was for the week prior, the Food & Wine Festival would be running, and that would likely be easier to re-rent an existing ressie.

However, since you have sometime before penalties, why not take a month and see if you can simply re-rent the reservation?
