My reason for losing 5 pounds sounds vain,smaller jeans.But I'm hitting blocks left and right,the first being time of the month.I'm craving caffinee just to stay sane and I'm on my 2nd cup of latte(from a mix in the microwave).I just feel guilty for wanting smaller jeans,I guess a shot in the arm and ideas is all I need(I hate the idea of diets and the programs and not the best idea for me with my insane lifestyle)

As you are eating, take note of when you are feeling somewhat full, and if there is still some left on the plate, get up from the table and throw the rest out.
I started at in a size 12 (OK, they were getting tight but they were still a 12!) and just wanted to get to a size 10. Now that I'm in 10s, I'm looking at my body and realizing that I may need to exercise more and lose just a couple more pounds to get to 8s.
