what should I do with our 5 mugs? leaving tomorrow...

I usually just toss mine in the trash at Disney before going home- I don't need to take a bunch of junk home to clutter up my cabinets and I know we would never use them at home so why bother.

Yup. My grandparents never had a dishwasher. My parents don't have a dishwasher. I don't have a dishwasher.

Germaphobes are to blame for all these resistant bugs we have now. If soap and water are good enough for my hands at the hospital,( scrubbing in for surgeries)they're good enough for my dishes.

Doesn't water in your sink get just as hot as water in the dishwasher? Both should disinfect a cup just saw well.

My dishwasher has a sanitizing cycle that heats the water.

The grossest part of handwashing things is the sponge or cloth that you use. As long as you use hot water and a clean sponge/cloth or even paper towel the mug will be as clean as coming out of the dishwasher.

Just take them home. We have a lot of mugs at home but it's well worth it to us.

Mine SHOULD just go to goodwill... I haven't gotten there yet though (we only have 3 taking up room currently).
