What should i choose?

so i have two character dining for our trip in Oct. and now so another opened up for the day we arrive. so we are going Sun-Thurs, driving down midday Sunday. should arrive around 3-5pm arrive time just depends on what time we leave Jax. i have already The Garden Grill for Tues night and Cape May for early Thursday morning. i could get Tusker house Sunday night, i know the Kids will be fine as they will nap in the car for the 2 hour drive on Sunday. Wife doesnt want to do 3 character dining though. which one would you do? possibly keep two?

DW, DD(3), DS(1) and Me
Sunday Tusker house 6:45pm
Tuesday Garden Grill 6:45pm
Thursday Cape May 7:45am

Of the 3 you have there, we liked Tusker House and Garden Grill best (Tusker House is one of our favourites).

Keep Garden Grill! We love it there for dinner. We also love Cape May for breakfast - doing both on our upcoming trip. I have never been to Tusker House for dinner, but it gets great reviews. This is a hard one lol.

I'd stick to your original plan.
I have found that ADRs on arrival day are generally not a great idea. Although you are practically a local, traffic/late start/problems checking in/getting over to AK/etc. could create tension about making that ADR in time...and who needs that on vacation? Also, if your kids are anything like mine they don't nap when they are excited. I remember my then-2 year old not sleeping at all on our 9 hour drive, and this is a kid that could sleep anywhere, anyhow. It really put a damper on my "hit the ground running" plan and I had to scrap it and regroup.
I haven't been to Garden Grill in a really long time but the reviews for it seem quite good. We adore Cape May. It is perhaps our favorite character meal.

Personally, I feel that Tusker House is the best character dining on property for both the food and character interaction. Garden Grill has great character interaction too. But arrival day adrs can be tricky.

We loved Garden Grill and Cape May for breakfast. We won't bother with Tusker again.
