I would suggest some Chip-n-Dale cashews or pretzels.

Or Princess cookies....depending on who they are for. And surprisingly enough, they fly well

My souvenirs were the family photos at our character meals & Photo Pass. DH got DVD's, t-shirts, & a beach towel.

Buy what you think the person will use.

Examples:

My dad always gets a hat because he wears hats.
My mom has gotten a photo frame of her grandson at WDW and she has also gotten jewelry. I would never buy her a t-shirt because she doesn't wear t-shirts.
