What section will we get at Sheraton Vistana?

Hi,

My aunt graciously exchanged her timeshare week for us to stay at the Sheraton Vistana. We have a two-bedroom and we are checking in on a Saturday. We have also requested ground floor because my mom will have an ECV.

What section will they likely place us?

Hi there ~
You could be placed in any section except the Falls or Spas.
The Courts is the oldest section you have the chance of getting, followed by the Palms.
Definitely fill out the online Diamond Lane form and request "ground floor or elevator building for medical reasons". Mention that a family member will have an ECV.

This is Sheraton Vistana Resort and not Sheraton Vistana Villages, correct? For the Resort, Maria has given great info, of course! Have a great stay - lots of nice pools and amenities at that resort.
