What Room Do I Need?

I am a DVC member and am trying to book a friend to go to Disney. It will be 2 adults and 4 kids. My kids are all grown up so my wife and I dont ever check out the rooms for more than just 2 people and they have never been. So we are trying to get them the cheapest points for a room for them. Figuring I can save them alot of money. Thanks for help

They would need a Two Bedroom villa. One Bedrooms have a max occupancy of 5 and many only have sleeping accommodations for 4.

Cheapest two bedroom villa should be Old Key West. Very spacious rooms, too.

Tim is right, and if they get a 2 bedroom at OKW, each child can have their own bed if they want. If they don't mind sharing beds, they could sleep two kids to a queen bed in the second bedroom, but if they each need their own, they could have the 2 queens available PLUS a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room and a pull out twin sizes sleep chair in the living room.

Could they do a 1 bdrm at AKV, OKW, or BLT if the youngest child is under 3? I know Disney sometimes increases the occupancy number if there is a baby, but I don't know DVC policy.

I think everyone is right about staying at a 2-bedroom at OKW. They are pretty spacious.

If you are looking at saving points your option might be to get 2 studios. It won't be as comfortable as the 2-bedroom but it will definitely will save some points.

But two studios will never connect to each other and they could be on different floors, different buildings. If there are just two adults, they would be split up for the entire trip.
