What rides to avoid - heart condition

My DH was recently diagnosed with atrial defibrillation. We will be in WDW in December. I've already told him no way for Mission Space. What other rides are a sure no-no? I don't want to take any chances with the love of my life!!!

I would probably talk to your doctor and then read the signs Disney has placed in front of the rides. Thanks for being responsible.

Disney has signs that tell you what will be unsuitable. Off the top of my head I think Dinosaur, Space Mt, Rock N Roll and Tower of Terror might have those type of signs.

There is a "Disability Board" on the DIS and you might post there. I bet some folks there have DETAILED info for you.

If you go to the disABILITIES Board and check out the disABILITIES FAQs thread, there is a link to the official WDW Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities. That has information about the attractions that have warnings. They are also marked on the park maps with a red triangle and by signs in front of each ride and at least once before boarding.

After you know which rides have warnings, he can talk with his doctor to find out which of those the doctor feels might be OK for him despite the warning. If the doctor tells him to not go on any with warnings, there are still a lot of things to do and see at WDW.

And, WDW makes it easy for everyone so please use this simple tip - read the signs! Every attraction has its warnings posted at the entrance.
