What rides do NOT offer FOTL/express pass?

Originally asked which include it, but I found a listing on their website. I'm wondering if anyone knows which rides do not offer FOTL right now.

(Basically, I can read which rides offer it, but I dont' know how to compare it to a listing of all rides available)
