Also I think and someone correct me if I am wrong, that Haunted Mansion only uses theirs during Haunted Mansion Holiday!! Not sure.

BTMRR FP is often times closed on weekdays when it is slow.

Correct. Also, the only DCA rides that have FP during the week are Soarin and California Screamin.
