what rides are so quick loading that you never get fast passes for

IASW, HM, Pirates, Dumbo, Carpets, Muppets 3D, Figment, pretty much anything at Epcot except Soarin, TT & FEA & I LOVE Spaceship Earth, so we always FP that, probably a lot others, but my brain is tired now...lol

Pirates will usually average about 30-35 minutes, but I don't think I've ever seen IASW have anything but long wait times.

They don't even offer FP for it...

And IASW and Pirates can get pretty lengthy lines. Pirates especially can get to an hour. You really want to wait an hour?
No attraction at Disney hides their snaking, switchbacking, cattle chute standby line like Pirates does. I remember waiting in the standby line for the first time as a child and thinking "How many rooms and hallways ARE there??????? It never ends!'"

Really? I hope you didn’t just jinx me! lol. It’s never a very long wait when we’re there.

During our August trips, I have frequently seen Pirates at 45 minutes, or even longer, and 30 minutes plus for Haunted Mansion is not uncommon. I will often get FP+ for both of these attractions.

Under the sea I don't recall ever seeing a long line for. Small World rarely gets a long line, and is not worth using a fastpass for in my opinion, same with Mad Tea Party. It generally is under a 15 minute wait. Philharmagic and Monsters Inc I don't get FP for either.

In EPCOT, I would say no FP for Pixar Short Film Festival, Journey Into Imagination (well, it does sometimes have a line) Living With The Land, Mission Space, or The Seas.

We went during low crowd times- mid-September and early March- and POTC was regularly 50 minutes by 11AM. Completely nuts.

I've seen waits on Pirates at over an hour and at other times I've walked right on. It really depends on day and time of day

We have always had good luck with PotC, IaSW, and HM- never needed FP for them and never had to wait more than 20 minutes. We do go during lower crowd level times.

The only attractions we routinely get FP for are:
MK- Peter Pan, Space, Splash, BTMRR
EP- M:S, TT, Soarin'
HS- TSMM, RnRC
AK- E:E, KS

Adding- we haven't been to WDW in about 4 years, so I'm sure there are newer attractions that require FPs.

Ugh. Seriously. The lines at Magic Kingdom are so much worse than at Disneyland. The wait time seems like it’s usually double for Pirates on the east coast.

Pre-Fast Pass + we never saw lengthy lines at PotC or IASW. I would say the longest line we had seen pre-FP+ for either was 20 - 25 minutes. Since Fast Pass + the lines for both of these have definitely grown considerably, 45 minutes is not uncommon.

Overall crowd level isn't always a good predictor of ride wait times. Disney knows when to expect lower crowds and often responds by not running some attractions at full capacity. Not sure if that's true on POTC, but on some attractions they don't run all the cars, or close one whole side of an attraction.

Wait times have picked up a lot within 4 years.

It's rare when I see Pirates and HM below 30 min. Usually their around 45-60 during the day. And IASW used to be a nearly walk on.. Now when I walk by there's no way I believe the posted 20 min wait when the queue line extends outside the ride
