What rides are open early for GMF breakfast?

I've read somewhere that it's just Dumbo and Peter Pan. Can anyone confirm please?

We came out from breakfast about 9.40am and Dumbo , Carousel and Peter Pan were all running but most of Fantasyland followed soon after and as all the gate crowds are still getting in and walking there you get a headstart.
