I am going to be at DisneyWorld Oct 13-19 with my mom and dad. I am thinking that I should add at least one more sit down meal, as they are both in their 60's and used to having at least one big meal a day. Here is what I have so far:

Arrive 730pm Oct13. No meal planned. I'm thinking if we use ME, we won't get to our resort (Pop) until at least 830. So we would just hit the food court. We move to POR the next day.

Oct 14 We will be in the Animal Kingdom all day. No meal planned.

Oct 15 Dinner ADR at the Crystal Palace, 5pm.

Oct 16 Lunch Biergarten 1230pm

Oct 17 DTD/MK no meal planned.

Oct 18 Lunch Le Ceiller at Noon

Oct 19 Our flight leaves at 117pm, so ME will be picking us up around 10am.

What do you guys think? Any recommendations? We just have to stay away from anything spicey, as my mom does not like spicey food.

Thanks for your help!:cutie:

I would add Dinner at Chef Mickey's, CRT or Prime Time Cafe.

How about Donalds Breakfasaurus when you're at AK?? Yummy! :goodvibes

Maybe dinner at California Grill and watch the fireworks from MK??

I had thought of that. But I was worried that my mom wouldn't find anything she would like. She is not into fancy food. Do they usually have something a bit more simple on the menu for fussy people?

I don't know you were intrested in a show but HHDR is a lot of fun and the food (fried chicken and ribs) is very good.

I would do either October 14 a meal at one of the DTD restaurants since you could take the boat from POR. Or on the 17th I would pick LTT since you'll be at MK already.

I am a really fussy eater and I love CG. Does she eat meat? They have a great filet on the menu. Here's the menu: http://www.allearsnet.com/menu/menu_cg.htm

I found CG to be very accomodating with "holding" items and changing sides, etc.

I would agree with California Grill if after reviewing the menu you'd think it would work!

How about Kona cafe on your DTD/MK day? You could eat just before you enter the MK.

Yak and Yeti will be open at Animal Kingdom by then. You could be one of the lucky first to try it. Otherwise try Boma at the AK Lodge.

For Magic Kingdom day I suggest Ohana or Kona Cafe at the Polynesian, a short monorail ride away.

Oct 14 We will be in the Animal Kingdom all day. No meal planned. How about Rain Forest Cafe' my family loves it or Donalds breakfast!!

Oct 17 DTD/MK no meal planned... Maybe Chef Mickeys won of my favorites!!
