What restaurants NOT inc DDP??

Is there a list somewhere of the restauranta at Disney that are not included on the DDP?

Rainforest Cafe (AK and DTD)
and most of the places in DTD

DTD participating locations (for table service) are Captain Jack's, Planet Hollywood, Raglan Road, and Wolfgang Puck Cafe (not the "Upstairs"). All other table service restaurants at DTD do not accept DDP.
