What restaurants do we pre-pay?

I know a CC is used to hold the reservation without being charged at the time of booking, but are there any that you are charged WHEN you book?

Cinderella's Royal Table makes you pre-pay. That's the only one that I know of.

I think you also have to prepay for show-type restaurants like Hoop De Doo Review, Fireworks Dessert parties, Spirit of Aloha at Poly, Mickey's Back Yard BBQ.

According to Disney Moms Panel, you do need to prepay even on Dining Plan. See more here:

No...you don't pre-pay with a dining plan...at least not with Cinderella's...I just booked (twice, in error actually) and haven't had to pre-pay.

And unfortunately, that is incorrect. If you link your dining plan when making reservations, you can reserve CRT and the 3 dinner shows using dining credits. You do not have to pre-pay, although you will have to give credit card info for the no show penalty.
