What restaurants can you see the fireworks from?

I was wondering if somebody can list the restaurants where you can view the fireworks from? I know MK has fireworks, but do the other parks have fireworks too? We are going in June and I think the fireworks are at 9:00. What would be a good time to request an ADR? What are some of your favorite places where you have seen the fireworks?

California Grill
O'Hana's
Polynesian's Beach (after dinner at O'Hana's)

For Illuminations:
Rose & Crown

You can also see Wishes from Citricos, but you aren't able to hear the music with it...

Narcoossee's is a great spot for viewing Wishes--.

You can also see Illuminations from inside Chefs de France - ask for a window seat or a table near the windows, and they do dim the lights; most likely you can also see from some tables in Bistro de Paris.
