What restaurant search sites do you use?

Hi everyone,

I am working on a new business idea, but I need some feedback.

What websites or smartphone applications do you use to search for restaurants?

Or if you have tried to use them and haven't found them useful, that would be good to know also.

I've noticed there are a LOT of them out there, but I can't tell which are more popular than others.

I use Yelp a lot but lately have been using the "Around Me" app on my iphone. I have to take the reviews with a grain of salt though.

If the geographic location of the restaurant is important I use Google Maps or Bing maps to get a pool of possibilities and then the two places I use to check those restaurants are Yelp and Urban Spoon. I always do a Google search for "city I'm in + restaurant reviews" because many times there is a local site that does really good restaurant reviews. For example, anyone coming to Cleveland should really check Scene Magazine's restaurant review page along with the larger sites.

I use Urbanspoon more than anything else. I have it on my iPhone and I'll also use it online before I go anywhere. I mostly use it when I'm trying a new restaurant or want to find something new. Or I'll use it when I'm travelling and want something other than a chain restaurant. So far it's been pretty useful!
