What resale company do you recommend?

If you review other posts to this board, you will see that there are a few companies that seem to be mentioned time and time again for excellent service. We used Jaki and **** from Garden Views Realty. We were pleased with their service and would use them again. I've seen many posts to this board that indicate that the Timeshare Store also offers excellent service.

We used TSS and were quite pleased and highly recommend them. The fact that they are one of the sponsors of these boards is, in my opinion, a vote in their favor.

I've never seen anything negative on these boards about either TSS or Jaki and ****.

We bought from Fidelity (was GMAC). I do not think you will have major problems with any of the big four resellers, although your level of service and hand holding may vary.

I also used Jaki at Garden Views Realty during both of my resale purchases. She was absolutely wonderful both times and I will definitely use her in the future. If you need it, the website address for her is www.**********.com With her assistance, I successfully purchased two Saratoga Springs contracts which had all points available from last year and the current use year. I paid $65 a point for the first contract and $64 a point for the recent contract purchase. I told Jaki which use year I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Within a week, she found me exactly what I wanted.
