What request can I make to get a renovated room?

I have a standard room booked for the end of June. Whats the best request to increase my chances of getting a renovated room? Is there a certain tower I can ask for?

Ask the CM that is checking you in if you can please have a renovated room. From what I've gathered, they're really great about obliging people if there are renovated rooms available. No guarantee, though.
