What programs do some of you Disigners use?

I have bugged enough on here I wanted to try to make my own of a few things. But what programs do some of you use to get your templates and things? for like door hangers, and such? THANKS you guys are amazing at what you do!!

I use photoshop elements to make my DISigns. I get most of my templates from www.jersgirl.com for candy wrappers, gift tags, etc. Look in her "free templates" button.
