I have Corel Paint shop pro photo x2 but I'm not loving it. I have adobe photoshop elemenets 6 that I'm about to install on my new laptop but I wasn't crazy about this either.
What are y'all using?

I have PSP XI ( I love it after I figured it out :rotfl: I'm still learning ) I can post some of the tutorial links if you want also if you go to you tube type in the program name &Tutorials several videos will show you step by step

I use PS Elements. Have worked with PhotoImpact, which I found unintuitive, and MS Publisher, which I love for desktop publishing but find limiting. Hope to one day be able to go to full Photoshop but I don;t have a spare $500+ right now.

I use PSP 9. I love it! I've tried to use those others and just can't get used to it. =(

Thanks. I'll check out you tube.:)

It seems to me anyway that the programs that were made for XP were more user friendly and offered more creativity.

I am a photo impacts user, but hoping to learn elements on my vacation while sitting on the balcolny looking at the red rocks of sedona. :goodvibes

Have a great trip, Penny!

I found the Print Shop 22 in my cd case. It doesn't have the versatility of some of the other programs but I really like all the clip art and pics that go with it. I think I'll try to do a basic design with some of the Print shop features, save it, and then see if I can tweak it with either Corel or Photoshop elements 6 or the Corel program.

Good luck. :goodvibes If I remember correctly (it has been a while), I copied the graphic while it was open in PS and then pasted into a document in PE. Have fun. :yay:

Thank-you. You've been an inspiration with all of your beautiful autograph cards!

Thank you, that is kind of you to say that. Penny:hippie:

I use Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006. I love it! It's very user friendly and I'm finding new things that it can do everyday. I bought it originally just to edit photos ( and because it was soooooooooooo much cheaper that Photoshop). Then I decided to take it out for a spin to see what it could do and I was pleasantly surprised.

I sometimes feel like I am out on the Microsoft island with just a few castaways........
but I really do love it!

Thanks Natalie. I had to upgrade:sad1: to Vista when my computer crashed and when I did a search, wouldn't you know it was discontinued. I love your invitations- they're gorgeous:) .

Can anyone tell me what program to buy to make some of this great stuff that would work with Vista?
TIA:)

It works!! I can access all the pics and clip art from PS and copy and paste it onto my designs in PE6!!

Can anyone tell me what program to but to make some of this great stuff that would work with Vista?
TIA:)
Both of these work with Vista. You have to work with them. Taekwondo mom suggested looking for videos on youtube. She was right. They have great tutorials!
