I would lke to know what part of our annual dues can be claimed on our taxes? I'm not sure if each state might be different. I know this was talked about last year, I was purchasing DVC at that time so I did not follow any info on taxes.
Any info you can share would be helpful. I will ask a local tax person but most of you know more then they do when it comes to DVC stuff.

Thanks,
Lori

So, if at SSR the actual 2004 property tax was .28, then that is the amount we could write off?

And yeah the estimated taxes were in the $67 range, and the acutal amount for our 150 points was .28. They took the extra $ off this years dues!

I also own 150 points at SSR and was looking at the statement and saw the $.28. And even though per point dues went up my payments for this year went down because they added the extra money from last year.

SO I get to claim the 28 cents....YIPEE

Now I know next year I might have a little bit more..$67 range.

Thanks for the answers.
