What parks. How many days???

I will have 7 1/2 days at WDW and have most planned and am unsure what to do with 2 days. I am traveling with dh, ds (8), and dd (6).

Please help. Which do you think I need more time???

Here is my schedule

Sat - Unsure
Sun - MGM
Mon - Epcot
Tues - AK
Wed - MK
Thurs - Epcot
Fri - MK
Sat 1/2 day - unsure

Well, first off when are you going? Where are you staying? Will you be using EMH or park hoppers? Last, is this your first or 50th trip?

My vote for those days would be a water park, shopping, Disney Quest, park hopping to favorite rides, make an ADR to eat at someplace fun for your 1st night there, park tour
etc. etc.
SOOOOOO many possibilities!!!

Most of all... ENJOY!!!!!! Savor every second!

Plan a special character dinner your first night after you get settled. I'd also do one of the parks in the middle of your week only 1/2 day (either a.m. or evening) and spend some time at your resort. Other downtimes maybe at the BW or DTD as well. With kids that age, I think downtime is important and even without them, I need to get out of the parks every so often. There's something to be said about hanging in one a.m. without rushing to the parks, maybe have a nice breakfast or even a character meal and then "hang", most kids do this best.
