What Park When?

Our trip is scheduled for May 19-24, we will be in the parks May 20-23, Thurs-Sun. In our group will be, myself, DH, DD2, Friend and her DH, and their DS1 3/4. DF has never been to Disney World! (And our DD and their DS) Friend's DH only went for GradNight or something over 10 years ago. Needless to say, I am so excited to be going, but DH and I are trying to make sure that their first trip is a great success! DH and I love WDW and have been twice in the 3 years that we have been married.
OK, so here's the question. What day do ya'll suggest doing what park? We have 4 day park hoppers and plan to take it slow, (kind of). I know it is a Star Wars weekend, but the men will probably enjoy that. When we go to the parks, what is your strategy for rides? Some have said at AK to do the Safari first. I think that is great. We will probably be at rope drop, what goes on there? Need help switching to the group trip mode, instead of the romantic mode.

Also, SpectroMagic is only going to be on that Saturday night, but we could go there after another park, like AK since it closes early. Do you think Friday would be the least crowded day for Star Wars weekend? We still want to go, but least crowded is better.
