what park days-best weekend weekday?

DL,Universal..... We arrive on a Saturday staying for 7 nights near DL- I'd like to see Universal for at least a day,would we need more than that for Uni?
Also my kids have decided they want to see Disney inside outside upside down( they are so excited,and love details,disnerds)
I was thinking,maybe avoid DL on weekend, go to Universal on Sunday (possibly watch a DL night show on Saturday if we can) then start at Disney on Monday-
as far as crowds go,how is this idea? Or,for driving to Uni and back,traffic better on weekend than a weekday?
since we have so many days to play with,I think it'll all be fine, but as far as driving elsewhere,I get a little worried..... plus I wanted to see a nearby beach for one day.....

Generally I'd suggest USH on the weekend to not have to work around traffic.

Of course DL, USH, SW, SD Zoo, The Beach, they are all more crowded on weekends. So it a question of where you want to spend the busy days.

When are you going to DL? Does it have full entertainment daily or just on the weekend?

Great Question I look forward to hearing all the replies. We are arriving on a Saturday and staying for 9 nights. We want to head to Sea World one day and Universal another but I am lost which days to do what.

For driving reason I'd suggest Sea World on Sunday or the next weekend. Again because of traffic, because it's farther away, you have to leave extra early to beat the traffic in SD.

But I'd suggest to anyone, finish on a high note, with DLR. Do the unique but second rate parks earlier in the trip and be glad you're finishing in the Happiest Place on Earth.
