What paperwork will I need to dig up if we decide to sell DVC?

I am considering selling off one or two of our contracts. If I go through a broker, will I have to send them any of my original paperwork, or will they have access to it some other way? Just wondering what I would need to get ready before contacting a broker. Thanks!

No you won't need to dig up any of your original paperwork. They'll need the names on the contract, membership number and contract number. The process was very simple with TSS.

We (The Timeshare Store, Inc.) would be happy to send you a listing agreement and have the opportunity to list your points. You can request one if you send e-mail to sales@dvcstore.com. We need a copy of your deed, however, we can simply get that off appropriate website if you don't have a copy.

We try and make the process as simple and painless as possible.
