What one item would you pack

Besides the basic clothes, toiletries, and camera (which I think is a must) I would bring baggies. We used them for everything from room service (to pack a lunch on excursions) to wet clothes and suits. They are a must esp if you have kids.

Oh man, the first time is the BEST! The second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh times have almost been as good (we are talking about Disney trips now right?);)

Anyway, do you want to know what I have packed that I could do without or could NOT do without?

I could do without quite so many clothes, and I could not do without all of the family prescriptions... everything else is probably fairly easily replaceable, for a price!!!

Be sure to read EVERY post on this website between now and when you leave. You will learn so much that you won't find out anywhere else. Of course reading every post won't give you time to eat or sleep, but hey, it will be worth it!

Have a magical trip!
:wave2:

The see-through over the door shoe hanger- for everything that usually gets lost in the room! Second- good walkie talkies- one for each person if you can. We had a group of 18 people and it was the ONLY way to keep track of everyone!

My cellular phone. I use it to call people, get information, and also use the clock on their as an alarm and just to look at the time.

My camera with TWICE the film that I thought I needed! Buying film onboard is very expensive, but you don't want to miss a 'magicial' moment!

These: (cruise documents and birth certificate/passport and picture ID). OK, that's three but you'll get nowhere without them.

At least something nice to wear at dinner. I don't want to show up on the Worst Dressed threads here at the DIS! Plus I love getting dressed up!princess:

My make-up. (no, I'm not shallow, just very wash-out w/out it, especially on the high-seas!):hyper:

Definitely a camera. I took 35 rolls during our last land/sea vacation. :p

i have long hair, and the one in our stateroom was terrible!i had a frizz ball a few days! rosan rosanna danna--almost!

definately the over the door shoe hanger ... i've been on a few cruises and it wasn't until my last that I read a post suggesting it ... THE BEST!!!

Besides the necessities and my camera, I would pack the small alarm clock and the over the door hanger accessory.

Don't forget that extention cord...we'd be lost without it, I was reminded by the Rosanna Rosanna Danna comment! *grin* My hairdrier wouldn't plug in anywhere else....
