What not to request at WL

I have read all the 1,000's of posts about the WL. Which helped me decide to stay there at a fabulous FL Res rate.
What I want to know is where should I NOT stay in the resort. I get that the N wing sounds the best (for standard room). (thats what i have). I just can't help wondering if there is something that the vets could pass on to the newbees of the WL, to make sure we don't get something that we would never even think of.
Hope this makes sense.

Thanks for all the great advice on this site!!!

The only thing that comes to mind is you might request *not* to be placed over the smokehouse! We had that location for one night in '01 and if it had been for more than one night, I wouldn't have been too thrilled.

We liked the North Wing near or at the end and on the 2nd floor - room #2004 for example as we were as close as possible to the boat launch and close to the pool as well - this also places you far from the snack lounge and restaurants so it is a matter of priorities and since we went to MK so much we wanted to be near the boat launch

Thanks
Jason
