I am really hoping they will have a 60th backpack that you can buy for a special price with a purchase.
I got the one they offered last year for my granddaughter. She has used it all year for school and it has held up very nicely.

I'm looking forward to:
1. Paint the Night Parade
2. Disneyland Forever
3. The jewel encrusted Castle
4. The 60th anniversary coffee mug (have one from the 50th)
5. Family time at Disneyland
And like TechGuy celebrating an anniversary, our 48th anniversary
And we still love to walk hand in hand.

I went last night! Disneyland Forever and Paint the Night were both incredible! Next time, I look forward to World of Color. For the Diamond Days Sweepstakes you have to text the word of the day between 7-10:59 am to be eligible for the daily entry. You are automatically enrolled in the weekly and final drawing as well! If you text the word of the day between 11 am and 6:59 am the next day, you are only entered in the weekly and final drawing.

So you text the word of the day, and then you are eligible for prizes (?) in the parks that day? What kind of prizes might they be, and do they text you if you are a winner?

yes - you need to text it before 11 am, and you receive a text after 11 if you are a winner. Then you have 60 minutes to claim your prize in person. Prizes are awarded at 11 am each day. If you enter after 11 am that you are entered into the weekly contest, but since they have already drawn the winner for that day, you can not win that daily contest.

DAILY PRIZE:
An experience package for Winner and up to three (3) guests for redemption on the Day awarded which will consist of: one (1) meal at a Resort restaurant, services of a VIP tour guide for up to seven (7) hours (subject to Resort operating hours), reserved viewing for select shows and parades as selected by Winner from a Sponsor provided list, and up to four (4) Disneyland® Resort 1-Day tickets as necessary to enjoy both Theme Parks that Day (based on any Theme Park admission that the Winner and his/her guests may already have for that Day).
