Our first DVC trip is less than 2 weeks away.

DH and I are not planning on cooking/eating in our rooms, nor doing laundry. We will be enjoying all that disney has to offer. I have coffee, teabags and filters packed. Sugars I'm thinking I can grab at the resorts food place

Am I forgetting anything that I would need to pack for DVC vs regular room?

Maybe shampoo, bath soap, as they are not replaced daily like in a reg room. And the normal DVC items, Magic Band, DVC ID and photo ID, passes linked on your MDE account, list of Fast Passes and dining reservations, or a way to see your MDE account for that info.
Enjoy and have a great trip.
WELCOME HOME!!!

We mostly stay in studios so, I pack two "real" cereal bowls. I can't stand paper products. I also pack a real spoon and fork. Toothpaste and pump liquid soap for the sinks. Bathing suits, flip flops and coverups. Sunglasses! and most of all, sunscreen, lots of it.

It is nice to have a few breakfast items in the room to eat. You can get some basic items at the resort store or you can order ahead from services like amazon prime now or garden grocer. Sometimes you don't feel like having to go to the resort QS for breakfast. If you have a room with laundry they will provide laundry detergent for one load or you can bring your own. Don't overestimate going home and not having to do laundry. I love doing my laundry packing up and then i am just left to put it away when i get home.

I second the prime now order. We always order some breakfast items and bottled water. Place the order when we're boarding the plane and the food is there when we arrive. It's also very convenient if you do forget something.

We've actually ordered a stroller before. We thought we could do the trip without it and the first day we realized we couldn't. It was cheaper to order the stroller for same day delivery than it was to rent one. We just donated it to a family who seemed to need it as we were walking out the park the last day.

Never done any grocery time ordering. We arrive at 6am if the food is delivered before our room is ready do the resorts have places to store it for you or is it best to wait until you have your room to place the order?

We've done the pre-order for groceries before, and Disney has Cold Storage available, and will hold your food there prior to delivery to your room.:darth:

yes. the front desk will hold it. they've held cold stuff in the fridge (like milk) for us before too.
