What night to book Paolo?

I am booked on the 7 night Magic cruise 12/10/05. My questions is regarding pre-booking dinner at Paolo. I know we are able to book reservations 90 days in advance but we don't want to miss anything. If you don't know your dining rotation until you arrive how can we avoid missing the AP show?

To be certain you don't miss the "show" in AP, book Palo for Day 4 or after.

They only do the show in AP for the 1st time through which would be either nights 1, 2, or 3. After night 3, you are safe. However, it is very easy to reschedule if you need to.
