We have been visiting Disney World yearly since 2008. One of the things that we enjoy most is that there are always new things to look forward to / try / do.

This year, we have an impressive list (I think) of new things to do / try.

For starters, before we get to Disney World:

Lunch at Dixie Crossroads in Titusville
Afternoon at Wonder Works
Supper at Hard Rock Cafe'
One night stay at Caribe' Royale

In Disney World:

Villains Party at DHS
Steam Train tour
Behind the seeds touir
Le Celier
Quest
Miniature Golf
Typhoon Lagoon
SDMT (Can't wait)

Not quite "new" as we have done these each one time before:

MNNSHP
LaNouba

Lots of stuff on the list that we have not done before, or have only done one time.

What new things will you all be trying on your next trip?

I always try to do AT LEAST one new thing every time I visit, whether it be try a new restaurant or some "out of the way" attraction or stay at a new resort. In April, I finally tried Club Cool and had lunch at Kona for the first time. I got to ride SDMT in May, and back in December it was BoG.

This has been on our 'To Do List' for the last 2 trips, it's getting done in Oct: The Tequila Flight in Mexico.

This year:

Cape May Breakfast
Beaches & Cream Kitchen Sink

Last year:
Characters in flight balloon
Blizzard Beach
Pontoon Boat

We are doing the Pirates and Pals Cruise for the first time and the Tomorrowland Desert Party on another night. This will also be DS' first time at the Pirate's League.

We are also staying in a new resort - heading to CBR

Does it also count that this is our first time with FP+ and magic bands :)

Awesome replies, keep 'em coming.

Yup, I think we can safely count FP+ and Magic Bands as something new for many people this summer. Certainly, this August will be our first trip with them.

We want to try the Wilderness Explorer program at AK & go to the Pirates League. :)

SDMT will also be new, of course!

We're actually planning a ton of new things this trip.

Resort: I'm DVC but have never stayed at Old Key West before, so that's new to us.

Restaurants that are new for us:
Definites: Raglan Rd, Coral Reef, T-Rex
Probably: Kona breakfast, Olivia's dinner, Ghirardelli's sundaes

Attractions:
SDMT
BLIZZARD BEACH!!
Mini Golf
DisneyQuest?

We just extended our trip so getting the 5 day with water park & more option.

Even though we've gone several times now, it seems like there's always many new things every trip. Last year was particularly exciting because my ds passed 42" and was able to go on many rides that were new for him. :lovestruc

We did Mizner's Lounge for the first time, a movie under the stars at Yacht Club, Star Wars Character Breakfast, Tutto Gustto, Staying at the Fort Wilderness cabins, Hoop Dee Doo Review, New Years Eve at Epcot

What we have planned: Harmabe Nights (First time after sundown at AK), Villains Unleashed (first hard ticket event), Epcot wine down, Party for the Senses (fingers crossed)

Last year was the first year for my husband and daughter (4 now). I went in 1978 and 1986. So I will mention things that are new to me that are notable since there were lots of first.

last year was BBB and Pirates and Pals cruise.

This year new to me and them:

Ohana breakfast and dinner
Boma dinner
CP dinner
Pop Century (last year was ASMovies)
Akershus dinner ( last year breakfast)

SDMT -- can't wait!
Expedition Everest -- actually this is only new for my youngest son who says he feels he can do it this year!
Possibly DisneyQuest
And we never seem to spend enough time at World Showcase. This is the year we're slowing down and exploring each of the countries. Promised the kids a "candy around the world" game!

1900 Park Fare or Ohana for dinner (haven't decided which one yet!)
Beaches & Cream Kitchen Sink
Chefs de France
Yak & Yeti

Last year my DS came up with the idea of ONLY doing new TS restaurants. We had to make ADRs at all completely new places--nothing we had done before. Made us step out of our comfort zone a bit, but we found some new places we really, really enjoyed (and a couple we're going back to!). These included:

Teppan Edo
Trail's End
T-Rex
Boma
Mama Melrose
Tusker House

Also did Tomorrowland Dessert Party and ventured off Disney property to Legoland for a day. They tried their first round of pin trading and Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom--both must dos for our trip again this year. It was our first trip at anything but a value resort, moving up to POFQ.

I always do this too :goodvibes sort of... lol.. I always force us to try at least one new restaurant every year!! We are trying three!! I actually had planned to do a few more but with the free dining it was a little hard to get some of the ones we wanted. I love doing this, its a lot of fun :goodvibes

Splash mountain. Only have two previous disney trips as an adult and ride was broken both times.

My DS claims his dinner at Mama Melrose was the best he's had in Disney. It's his one request to repeat this year. And you really do well with the Fantasmic package. Being 1 credit on the dining plan and including an appetizer and not having to stand in a long line for the show--great deal!
