Funny that you ask, we are going in September for our 25th anniversary and decided to try all new restuarants. Only one is a repeat. I'm really surprised that we haven't tried some on this list, since we have been to WDW over a dozen times. But here's our list:

* Bistro de Paris
* Le Cellier Steakhouse (Can't believe we haven't eaten here yet!)
* Todd English's bluezoo
* Citricos
* Narcoossee's (This is the only one we have eaten at before.)
* Raglan Road

Any comments on our choices? We were really considering V&A, but after reading a few reviews of Bistro de Paris we changed our minds.
