We are trying Yachtsman's Steakhouse, Plaza Restaurant, Sunshine Seasons, and Flametree BBQ all for the first time in September. Amazing that in 8 trips prior, we have never eaten at some of these! Really looking forward to the Yachtsman's dinner....I have pretty high expectations and hope I won't be disappointed!

We did that in May, trying several "new to us" places, including Le Cellier, Tusker House & Hollywood & Vine. Liked them all. We also tried Flametree BBQ in May, loved it (Minute Maid Frozen Lemonade is great to take for dessert on the DDP, especially on a hot day) We like Sunshine Seasons, too...great variety for a counter service.

In September, we'll be trying 'Ohana and Boma! Can't wait...

Oooh, Catne, I can highly recommend Ohana. We try to eat there on every trip! Thought we weren't going to be able to get an ADR for it this time around, but pixie dust was sprinkled on me this morning and I got a PRIME ADR for Ohana at 4:25 the same day as the Halloween Party. We will be done in plenty of time for the party; it couldn't have worked out more perfectly!!!

As for Boma....I know many here like it, and that's why we tried it on our last trip. But none of us liked the ethnic foods on the buffet, and I can tell you exactly WHY - EVERYTHING tasted SWEET. Even the main entree dishes and the vegetables...everything had some sort of sauce or flavoring to it that made it on the sweet side - nothing was savory. Good luck to you, and I'd love to hear what you thought of Boma after you try it!

Thanks for the frozen lemonade suggestion at Flametree BBQ, too!

Oh, well "new to us" we are starting with Chef Mickey's for breakfast on our first day, then dinner later at O'hana's. Other places include, Whispering Canyon, 50's Prime Time, Le Cellier, Narcoossee's. I'm also looking forward to trying Casey's Corner, Flametree BBQ oh, and I have to get my hands on my first Dole Whip! Oh man, I'm gonna gain so much weight in November!:scared1: :woohoo:

We are going to be trying B&C, so excited as I've heard so many good reviews of them. We're also going to be checking out CR, I haven't been there since 1995, I was 13 at the time, so it will be like new to me and DH has never been. A few CS we are trying out are WPE, CHH, & TC in Morocco. Less than 3 months to go, my mouth is watering already!

Well We are going to LTT. We have been there for dinner but never for lunch. Looking forward to trying that menu

We're trying a number of new-to-us places this time:
-Plaza Restaurant
-Trail's End
-Chef Mickey's
-1900 Park Fair

Plus our usual favorites, Ohana, WC and Boma!! I can't wait!

We're trying the Wave at the Contemporary. My older ds's and my Mom are trying Raglan Road - can't wait to hear how they like it. Otherwise we stuck with our tried and true.

Last year we tried Boma for the first time. We liked it okay, but not enough to make it a "must do" for every trip. We feel the same way about Restaurant Marrakesh - it's more like an "every other trip" meal.
