What months are the waterparks closed down?

I believe it is most of January that TL is closed and most of February that BB is closed. Am I remembering this right? We're going in February and my 10 yo DD wants to know which waterpark will be open. We love them both, but we're compulsive planners.

Hi Sandi,

Not quite the way you recall....this year BB closes October 23 and will re-open in mid-December. Then TL will close until some time in February.

So BB will be open when you are there (and maybe TL too depending on exactly when you are going).

That's the way it has been the last couple of years.

We're going in mid-January...does this mean that I can expect that Typhoon Lagoon will be closed?

Yes, TL will be closed in January unless they change the typical rehab schedule.

Who do I have to bribe to get them to change it? LOL I like TL better than BB. And I'm hoping for some really warm days during our trip. Oh well...maybe this will be an excuse to go back again during the year.
