what month is a good camping month?

In my book any month is a good month to camp. Better then being at work! Someday I'll move to a more reasonable climate and be able to camp year round.

October, the weather is nice and the halloween decorations are great, alot of fun around that time of year.

Another vote for October. Weather is usually great. Our favorite time to camp in Florida is usually October thru March or April.

We really like Dec and Jan and this year will be our first for Oct and Nov. We've also camped a lot in Jun, Jul, Aug when the sons were in school, but we were a lot younger and could handle the heat and humidity better than now so the hot months now are out for us.

I prefer Mid Oct. to Mid March!!!...i usually go 2nd weekend in Dec. (if I only go once a year)...Christmas is so pretty...kids are grown so its my way of getting to be a kid at Christmas all over again!!

I would rather go in dec or jan but getting in and out of new england can be tough to schedule with the snow.
Just beat the snow last year in dec, this year nov for sure.
Driving from fla to mass trying to beat a storm with only a 4 hour stop was more than I want to do again.
Was home for about an hour before a major snow storm hit.
