What MK ride do you hit first?

Hi Everyone!
I was just curious to see what ride at the MK you choose first? DH and I always had a great plan to get a SM fastpass first, then wait on line for Buzz which was usually a 20 min wait. We would then go hit SM. Now we are traveling with our DD(two year old), and it seems everyone hits Fantasyland first if they have kids. Which ride first in fantasyland? What does everyone do first With Kids or Without?

We always do Haunted Mansion first. Octover will be the first trip with kids so I guess we are not doing Haunted Mansion first! Oh well will just start a new tradition. Dumbo here we come!

It's always a toss up between Splash Mountain and Pirates of the Caribbean. They're both great rides and always tops on our list!!!!

I try to hit Splash Mountain first, since it's my favorite ride. If not, I get a FP for it and then ride Thunder Mountain.

We usually grab a fast pass for Splash Mountain, ride it once and do 1 of three things- go over to Space Mountain, hit Pirates and Thunder Mtn. or run over to Adventureland and ride the Jungle Cruise before the line gets too long before heading back to Splash Mountain to turn in the fast pass.

There's something about Splash Mountain that is SO Disney to me. Love love love it and it's always a great way to start off the day at MK!

I must be wierd, but we always go to the Carousel first. It's always been one of my favorites.

With a small child and hitting Fantasyland first, hit Dumbo first thing because it is by far the slowest loading ride and lines will build fast. Ride it twice right in a row if it's a hit for your little one. From there we headed over to Pan then over to Pooh. Also, if character autographs are your thing, try to get to Toontown as soon as it opens. Again, just trying to beat those lines.

We spent 3 days at MK with my 5 & 9 yr olds last year in June. Started one day at Dumbo, started 1 day at Pirates, started 1 day at Splash and BTMRR.

Space Mountain, baby! We run over there, get a FP and then get in line and ride it once on standby too.

We have a 2 yo, 3 yo and 5 yo, so you guessed it- we hit Dumbo first. We are going in Sep (hopefully) just me and Dh for our anniversary. We will probably hit space mountain, I didn't get to do it our first trip in Dec. so I am determined to hit it in our Sep trip and our big family trip in Nov.

Well my DD is 13 and we always go to WTP first, I get FP to SM then we do everything in Fantasyland.

We usually will get a fast pass for Splash Mountain, then go ride Thunder Mountain (twice if lines aren't too bad!); then we'll usually hop on the train & ride it around to FantasyLand, where we'll get off & go to Space Mountain. We'll ride Space Mountain, & then depending on when our fast pass time is, occupy ourselves enjoying other attractions until we ride Splash Mountain!

I usually hit Space Mountain then Buzz. After that it's off to Haunted Mansion.

no wonder we have had little to no wait for Space Mountain and Buzz, everyone's at the other end of the park! This is very interesting!

BTW-is it wrong that as an adult I love the Mountain coasters, but I have a fear of Dumbo, Magic Carpets and the Dino ride at AK? Spinning and Heights-Yuck! DH will have to take DD on Dumbo.

we usually get a fast pass for either space mountain or splash as soon as we get there, then we head for adventureland and usually go on Pirates first. It's a great way to start off the morning

We always take the railroad to Frontierland and ride Splash Mountain first, followed by BTMRR. By the time we got to Fantasyland, though, we had a 45 min wait on Dumbo that my DD (then 2) HAD TO HAD TO HAD TO ride. I think this time we may be hitting Fantasyland first...we can always get FP for Splash Mountain and BTMRR.

Space Mountain- I am only the only one in my family who will ride it, so I hurry and ride it so that the family can move on together as a group after.

We ride the train from Main Street all the way around back to Main Street then get off and walk towards the castle. It has somehow became a tradition for us and we always look forward to the "opening ceremony" of our trip!

we always start at buzz lightyear and tomorrowland... usually grab a fast pass for space mtn to use for a second time around after we ride w/minimal line...

If I get to MK early enough I go to FantasyLand to ride Dumbo then Peter Pan's Flight. Hopefully ride each twice before the crowds get to large.

then over to tomorrow land for BuzzLightyear.
