What MK restaurants are open during EMH's?

Trying to plan out my Disney days on our upcoming trip. On our second day, we plan to go over to Animal Kingdom in the morning, and then head over to the Magic Kindgom in the late afternoon for EMH. What time do some of the counter service restaurants stay open during EMH? If I recall correctly, many of them close. I'm most interested in Columbia Harbor House, but like Cosmic Ray's as well.

columbia harbor house usually stays open pretty late. i was there on memorial day weekend (the sunday) during emh and we popped in to columbia harbor house to use the restroom about an hour before the end of emh. the workers were of course doing a lot of their night time cleaning but all the lights were on the door was unlocked. i didn't see anyone in there eating or ordering so i don't know if they were still serving at that time but it couldn't have been to long since they'd stopped. cosmic rays stays open until the very end. some places get a little tricky tho, for instance the map and a cm told my niece that casey's was open until the end of emh but about 20-30 minutes before the end of emh they'd already locked the doors that night. the main st. bakery was still open that night until the very end.

Allears.net has a list of the places that are open during EMH. I don't know if these places stay open the entire time or only part of the night (I don't recall seeing TS places open at the end of EMH, but I wasn't looking). According to the list, Columbia isn't one of the MK CS places that is still serving food during EMH:
