What MK Firework show will be on in October? Changes to Illuminations?

Hello!
Im coming to Disney from England for 2 weeks in Oct. I would love the see the display with all the projections on the castle. Does anyone know what show will be on in October??

Also has illuminations changed at all since 2009?

1- The Music, the Memories and You. It is a show completely separate from the
(and does not include any) fireworks.
MM&Y is going away. It ill be replaced in the (somewhat near) future with a similar show.

2- Wishes (MK fireworks show) runs on Sept. and Oct. nights without a Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.
On nights with MNSSHP, they will be running "HalloWishes," a fireworks show different from
(some say superior to) regular Wishes. If you are not attending the MNSSHP (extra ticket expense,)
you can only see HalloWishes from a spot outside MK.

3- Not a whit.

It's already gone. I believe the last show was Sept 3rd.

They are reworking it into a new but same tech show and part of it is moving the projectors further down main street.

If they weren't moving the projectors they could just "plug in" the new show without any disruptions.

To answer your question though, they are updating it, not getting rid of it. Now why they have a gap between the old and new show is anyone's guess, because I don't believe they gave a reason for that.

Re: 3 - there have been no major changes; but, there has been several pyro substitutions that began in early 2011 (including the swap out of the brilliant multi-color bursts from Act II with white pyro), a change back to the original sequencing of the the roman candle finale with all locations starting at the same time, and I still believe the ALF pyro is missing from the beginning as of the last update I heard (it's been swapped out with the mult-color bursts from Act II and the finale).

Overall... it's the same basic show.

Ok there must be a delay when using my Android app because I swear that post wasn't there when I posted, and I hadn't read that about the show previously. Think I will stop posting from this thing for now. Lol. That is the second time in the past couple of days it has happened to me.
