What MK attractions have short lines, even on a crowded Saturday?

We are going to be at the MK on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I planned that, based on the UG's recommendation. Then I came to my senses and realized that no matter what UG says, it's the SATURDAY OF MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND and is bound to be very crowded.

So now my plan is to get there at rope drop and leave after lunch. Problem is, my CRT PS isn't until 1:45. (The 1 pm PS was not available for a party of 5.) I figure that we'll have a couple of good hours in the morning, but that an hour or two before lunch it will become very very crowded.

What are the attractions that "always" have short lines, where we can go and cool off while we are waiting for our lunch PS?

Ride the train around the MK.

Ride the Tomorrowland Transit Authority.

Have your pics taken in front of the castle.

Shop!

Ride the Riverboat.

See the Hall of Presidents.

Ride It's a Small World---might be more crowded though since it is newly renovated---and navigating through the strollers in Fantasyland can be a challenge!!!
