Are there any meet and greets now?
Can we still see stitch in tomorrow land?
Princesses around Epcot?
Even if not a meet and greet but an area to see them closer than seeing them on stage during a castle show. I understand the random calvacades
But are those just on Main Street?

thanks

Epcot has Anna and Elsa in Norway, Mulan in China, Snow White in Germany, Jasmine in Morocco, Belle and Aurora (for some reason) in France, Alice and Mary Poppins in the UK, for World Showcase. Near the park entrance, to the right of Spaceship Earth, you can find Mickey and Minnie or Goofy and Pluto. In front of the Imagination pavilion, either Joy or Winnie the Pooh show up.

Animal Kingdom has boats that float around the river in a loop (they used to go into the lagoon near Everest to get closer but I don't know if KiteTales affected this); Mickey, Minnie, and Pluto, Pocahontas and Meeko, Timon and Rafiki, and Donald, Daisy, and Launchpad.

The cavalcades go down Main Street but drive through Frontierland to get there. I don't really have those memorized (Panchito and Jose are on one with Max and Goofy for some reason, not that I'm complaining), but outside of them I know Stitch and Buzz show up on the Tomorrowland stage, the Country Bears regularly hang out on the roof of the show, and Jack Sparrow is on the stage in front of Pirates.

I have no clue what goes on in Hollywood Studios.

This is great. Thank you so much! So all the characters you described at Epcot sound similar to what it was pre covid. Are we actually able to wait in line and take a pic with them?

Also, you mentioned about aurora in France. I happened to watch sleeping beauty just last night and it took place in France.

Ah, okay. I always figured Sleeping Beauty was a generic fairytale land one.

It's not like before covid. They're outside and behind fenced or potted plants, etc so you can't get too close. You can take pictures with them in the background (they'll pose for them) and ineract with them if they have time (you'll have better luck with certain ones). Lines aren't really a thing in my experience; with the busy ones you need to be more forward, stand where you can get a picture, and wait for them to notice and get "near". If you wait for people to give you a turn you might have an issue (again, from my experience).

One on one but still distanced meet and greets are supposed to be coming soon, though.

They are opening up some popular meet and greet locations at magic kingdom & studios for one one one character interaction & selfies in “November”
Mickey in town square, cinderella/Elena & Rapunzel/Tiana in fairytale hall, Disney Junior characters in animation courtyard & minnie in red carpet dreams

aside from that at Epcot you can get “distanced” interaction & selfies already in world showcase (princesses/frozen queens/Alice/mary Poppins) as well as Mickey and friends at the park enterence

People saying characters won't meet and greet anymore is very silly thing to say. I mean, sure, the characters won't meet and greet people at this time, but that doesn't mean they're going to be social distancing forever.

Do you know if there is a published schedule for Winnie the Pooh? We are going at the end of December and my 20 month old grand daughter is obsessed with all things Pooh. We were really hoping for the Character breakfast at Crystal Palace to be back, but that doesn't look promising, so just looking to get to see him somewhere.

I'm not aware of any schedule, unfortunately. If I was trying to see a specific character I would wait until a bit past park opening (I've never seen them pop out immediately), and then wait in the area, maybe ask a nearby Cast Member for information. Do it early, though, the characters went away relatively early before covid and they still do now.

If you're trying to plan a busy schedule and are willing to wait, I could ask around the next time I'm in Epcot and report back, but it might take a while and based on experience trying to figure out Anna and Elsa I make no promises.

I am mainly just trying to find anywhere in any park that we might get to see Pooh. Our trip is December 31st - January 5th and we will have park hopper. So if you happen to hear anything on Pooh please let me know.

As of now pooh appears at magic on the train station (and outside of crystal palace during parties) + out in the grass at Epcot by imagination

Is Jack Skellington out at all for Christmas or was he only at the Halloween After Hours event?
