We will be in WDW for 9 nights and are planning on eating at Jiko's, Brown Derby, Cinderella's Castle, and California Grill.
These are all 2 TS.... is it still beneficial to get the DDP or should we pay OOP for everything?
If we keep the DDP, should we pay OOP for 1 TS meals or 2 TS meals?
We might share at a few restaurants depending on how hungry we are....

The more 2TS meals you do, the less of a benefit there is in using the Dinng Plan. I'd go ahead and do the math, figuring where you plan to eat, randoming guessing what you might order, add it all up, and see if you would do better with or without the plan. I did that, and found that we'd save about $120. Worth it, but not mind-blowingly so, as I would expect.

DH & I have two (2) credit meals planned for our Dec. trip (Brown Derby & Artist's Point). We will be on the DDP. We are planning to just use the DDP for one of us and pay OOP for the other for each restaurant. That way it will be less food (only one appetizer & share dessert) and it will also stretch out our table service credits. This may not be the most cost effective solution but our waistlines will probably thank us!

DH and I are going for 16 nights (in just a few days!! woo hoo!!)
and I love your idea about booking Cali Grill and just paying for one OOP. We'll definitely be doing that. It's only 2 meals out of the whole stay that we'll have to do it for.

I paid OOP for CRT. We ate there for breakfast and it just didn't make sense for us to use 2 credits each.

We leave Tuesday (woot!), and plan a TS meal almost every day. The one night we dont have TS dinner planned we have Brown Derby lunch, but would pay OOP for that. The 2 signature rest we are planning for the 3 of us my plan is use 4 credits (2 persons), share appet and desserts and maybe get another app or whatever else DD wants and pay OOP. Should stretch the credits for the most part. Planning to pay OOP for CP lunch (buffet), and Boma and Kona breakfasts. Tho it'll be interesting to see at the end when those come if we have TS left--Im wondering if we will end up splitting more often than I think. I think buffets might be worth paying OOP--generally less expensive than a nice dinner would be. And breakfasts.
