What lens would you suggest for a 2nd lense?

I have a Nikon D90 and the only lens I have is a 18-105mm f/3.5 - f/5.6 DX Nikkor lens. I'm thinking of getting a second lens and was wondering which ones you all recommend.

I can't zoom in enough. I'd like to be able to zoom in pretty close to something without being right on top of it already.

Ok, well are you looking for a super-zoom so that it can be used as a "normal" lens as well or do you want something you can switch to when more reach is needed?
