What kind of tickets to purchase?

For Christmas my family is getting a trip to WDW in February. We'll be flying in on Feb 6th and flying out on Feb 14th. We don't plan on being in the parks on the days we're flying. I've planned out our days and made our ADRs. I'm currently trying to figure out which tickets to purchase. My husband and I will be turning in vouchers for Premium Annual passes, so we are covered. We've got one junior (10), a child (8) and a baby (2). We want park hopping capability. I think our options are:

1. 7 day park hoppers for Junior and Child (@ around $250/$210)
2. 10 non-expiring park hoppers for Junior and Child (@ around $400/$370)
3. Annual passes for Junior and Child (@ $360/$320)
4. Premium Annual passes for Junior and Child (@ $462/$407)

And what about baby? She'll be 3 in July. Should I purchase her tickets for our trips later in the year before they go up?

Because my husband and I both have the annual passes, I anticipate we'll be going back at least one more time before they expire which is why the annual passes for the kids are attractive. One of our trips may coincide with a free dining time, though, in which case we would stay non-DVC and we'd have to buy tickets anyway, right?

As a new member of the DVC family I'm pretty new to all this. Y'all are so much more experienced than I so I greatly appreciate your opinions.

If you plan to take enough trips to make an AP feasible and you plan to have the children with you on each trip, then I would think you would want them to have the same access you have. If you are thinking you might take a trip without them, then it might make sense to do the non-expiring hoppers.

Unless you plan on spending a bunch of time at a water park, I'd do annual passes, but not premium annual passes, and pay a la carte for the kids when I went to a water park.
